I have loved Torment since I first played it, even before 1.10. I never had too much difficulty with running under XP, but recently installed it on Vista 64, also problem free. However, whilst looking up to see if there were any Vista related issues I ran across this site. I am ever so pleased with the mods and the fixes it made me even more happy with Torment.

One other thing, there are so many clues in the game that Dhall is close to death. The conversation with him, his name appearing in the list of characters to memorialize with Awaiting for Death. Was there ever a quest to help Dhall along or mercy kill him or something? It just seems suspicious.

It's not a quest, but if you kill Dhall, then yes, you can have his name put on the memorial. That's all there is to it.
