I thank Ipsissimus for the idea and a reminder Let's have a laugh for a change. Draw your favorite moments that made you laugh or spill your drink all over your monitor. For the record, all the games (except most recently published ones - NO spoilers!) are allowed

You remember the drill I hope. You have two weeks time (I still can't believe I'm a week late!!), and everything artistic goes as long as it's made by yourself.

BTW does "most recently published ones " include NWN1 / NWN2 + expansions too?

I meant DA:O and soon to come ME2. It's been awhile since NWN/NWN2 and their expansions came out. Personally, I'd love to see some of Storm of Zehir comedy

Great, my scanner's in Taipei and I'm now in Kaoshung, I've always wanted to sketch a generic topic like this!

What I had in mind was...

Storm of Zehir:
Remember how you could send your companions into One of Many?

I think the dialog where you send Lastri was "Sail on in Lastri [Don't exactly remember]", and I find it somewhat amuzing and funny to send all the joinable companions into One of Many for some extra exp! Okay, it's wrong but I just smile and chuckle whenever I thought of the scene.. Ohh, the evil within me hehe.

If only I can find a scanner somewhere..

Does it have to be an actual in-game event that we found funny, or can it just be humor related to the game, or even something we thought of while playing, like, 'what if *insert funny thing here* had happened?"
And, if it's not just stuff that happened in-game, can we do crossovers? Because I remember at one point on Deviantart coming across a certain post where an artist had commented, "Xan and Deekin should really hang out sometime", and this statement filled my head with many hilarious images.
Oh and also when you say all games, does that include Morrowind and Oblivion?

All of the games hosted here on SHS except the most recent ones. I was going more along the lines of funny things in game not "what could happen if..." Crossovers - so long as they're in the same universe.

...Sorry. For the record, I know this doesnt count as part of the challenge. Was just a spur of the moment thing in response to yarpen's comment. I'm working on a real entry, I swear!

Okay and now for my real entry. Had lots of fun with this. This is, in my opinion, the funniest damn line in all of BG and I very nearly squirted milk out my nose the first time I saw the option to say it.



Hope you guys like it. Only took me about two hours, but I'm pleased with how it turned out.

Lazy me, I've finally drawn someting for the challenge. Orthodoxia said "no Mass Effect 2" so I assume Mass Effect 1 is ok ;-)

Yarpen - Can we drop the batman and his jokes out of this topic, or this challenge for that matter I feel the urge to bleach my brain every time someone mentions DC and Marvel heroes.

Epantiras - For a second there I thought it was Revan on Taris. Then I remembered that there was no such line in the game >.> Great stuff!

It was just an option to respond to some random guy who asked you what you were doing out in the wilderness in one of the maps--I think it was the same general area where you have to deal with all that nonsense about the idol of Kozah, but I could be wrong.


...Also, getting some new ideas...but um, does it have to be from the vanilla game? Because there is some absolutely hilarious stuff in the BG1 NPC project that I'd just love to illustrate....

I play BG in polish, so this is only an approximate version of what he says, but you guys all know, right?
