It is the same way as reviving any original BG2 NPC that gets turned to a vampire by Bodhi.

That is a big problem. What version are you playing? I will try to look at the script and I have TS-BP files and TS 704 so I can check both.

If you have TS-BP installed then can you see if this global is set like this:
Global("ValygarVampire","GLOBAL",5)
You can set this manually by using CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ValygarVampire","GLOBAL",5). If you can set that before you place his body and Bodhi's heart into the container, he may come back with correct XP.
CLUAConsole:SetCurrentXP("x") and x is whatever value you want and have the cursor on his portrait or character circle if his XP is wrong.
I think this value didn't get set properly which will need a permanent fix. This cheat should get everything back for you to continue.

Why are you using such an old version? Well anyways, I looked through the mod's forums and found two topics on the subject. Seems it was a known bug a few versions back that has been fixed in more current versions. One had a work around, but I don't know if it would be useful or not.

The problem persists with version 704, plain TS. The setglobal command doesn't do anything, but that may be because it's not TS-BP.

Hmmm, I thought Vlad had fixed it for 704 but I sort of remember it being a problem for some but not all people with 702.
I only went through the Sime romance in my last run of TS-BP and it worked very well apart form a couple misnamed WAV files with the text. Easy fix there but no other major hangups. Even the Dynaheir content worked well for TS-BP.
I may not have the time to test the Valygar romance but I would like to update TS-BP with a small update to clear any issues. If anyone has a TS-BP setup with a rather large installation, BWP would be fine or even all of the Big Picture family (CtB, SOS, TDD and RoT), that would want to do a playthrough of Valygar's romance in TS-BP, send me a PM.

I hate to bother you guys, but I'm getting desperate because I keep running into problems I can't fix on my own.
I am afraid that this is pretty unknown territory for me as I never played the romance. Don't mess with ValygarRomanceActive as that requires other earlier conditions. Usually with fast forwarding Romance LT's, we set the timer to 1 which usually will be a large set of numbers like 39814546 or something like that. When it gets to 1 the dialog fires and will update to the next lovetalk.
Try setting the ValygarRomance global to 1 if the LT seem to get stuck. You can monitor the value also with Shadowkeeper from different Save points as you play through and if one gets stuck and doesn't count down. I would retain the 2 value for ValygarRomanceActive if you can revert to an earlier save where you didn't adjust that value.
