Okay, after a review, here's what'll make it worth upgrading to UB v4.0:

1. Restored Sounds and Banters: Issues with Morte flirts with female zombies being delayed fixed. They will happen right away and as part of the dialogue with the female zombies now.

2. Restored Sounds and Banters: Initiating conversation with party members after leaving the Mortuary will kick off their associated theme music. There are some important caveats that should be noted:
First, their music won't start if you say 'Goodbye' immediately - this is intentional. Second, the area where you initiate conversation must have area music to begin with (so if you don't want to hear their themes, just talk to them in areas that are already music-less). Third, once a PC's theme music has started, it can't be aborted except via transitioning to a new area. Not even talking to a different PC will start new music. The first theme song must play out, then the area's music will resume, and you can then hear another theme by talking to another PC. Fourth, Morte's theme did not ship in the original game, but two versions were included in the official PS:T soundtrack. His main theme from the soundtrack is what will play when you initiate conversation with Morte after you escape from the Mortuary.

3. Restored Sounds and Banters: The infamous Alternate Smoldering Corpse Bar theme from the soundtrack has been restored. It will now play at night (in game terms, of course) in the Smoldering Corpse Bar. The original theme will still play during the day.

4. Restored Sounds and Banters: A bunch of other minor restorations. A couple of restorations included in previous versions of my Fixpack are now part of UB RS&B. In addition, Annah now has her "damaged" sound restored. Also, several of her "backstab" sounds are restored, they change when the backstab multiplier changes as does TNO's. Fhjull's floating text lines as he wanders around his house will now be voiced (talking to him while those lines are playing may cause two spoken lines to overlap, this is unavoidable). Fhjull has also had two combat sounds restored. Grace has a newly restored voiced comment the first time she enters the Festhall. Several reconstructed banters from unused sound files are restored. A few other restorations.

5. Restored Pendant of Yemeth: A bug in Adyzoel's dialogue if you met him with Annah in your party is fixed in Fixpack 4.0.

6. Restored Bestiary Component: The text entries previously restored in the Fixpack have been split out to this new UB component. This component also restores the text hidden in the dialogue files for the Alu-Fiend, with a brand new original portrait of Vrischika as initially composed by Maebe and thoroughly reworked by Leila of the SHS forums. Thanks to both for their excellent work! I think it suits the PS:T style very well.

7. Some changes made to the Expanded Deionarra's Truth mod as a result of player suggestions and input, which is always appreciated.

I -think- that's it, if someone noticed me saying something else was going into this release of UB and I forgot, let me know. (Stuff like Expanded Pendant of Yemeth quest, or making some spells that were enemy only available to the players, is still planned for someday but not for this release).

Looking great!

I think you mentioned something about some Lim Lim merchants and minor restored dialogue restoration. Did that make?

Oh, yes, indeed, I forgot about that and dunno how I missed it during my review. Yes, that's actually going in the Fixpack, I believe the variable that wasn't getting set was just an oversight. If your Lim Lim runs away, you can go back to the merchant and "demand compensation". :) I'll add it to the Fixpack list.

If your Lim Lim runs away

You mean due to your abusing it? or is there any other reason why this might happen?

If you abuse it via dialogue.

Hi, l am new here & just got my DVD copy of Plane Scape Torment today.
l am looking forward to playing it again as l had sold my old copy years ago & never used any mods.
l am not trying to rush anyone but have you any idea if Version 4 will be released shortly.
