I just saw that there's an old mod by platter that changes the appearance of TNO to that of him wearing the dustman robes. Since there has been much demand from people to be able to change TNO's appearance, maybe you could introduce a tweak that will let you wear the dustman robes outside the mortuary ? Without being able to pass as a dustman of course. Platter's mod only edits the resdata.ini so this probably just changes TNO's appearance without actually wearing the robes. It would be better if you could wear the robes anytime you wanted.
Just a suggestion. I know that you're on crunch time for the release of the new versions.

Well, the thing I don't like about it is that the robes animation does not have animations for hammers, axes or clubs. It only has animations for fist and dagger. Not a big deal if you're playing as a mage, I suppose, but it struck me that that was the reason they restricted it, and it seemed a valid reason to me.
Still, I'll see what I can do. You're right, though, that I doubt I'll have time for this release.
(For the record, I think Platter also had mods that allowed you to "wear" Godsmen and Harmonium armors. It added items for those armors and replaced TNO's animations with those animations. It's a clever idea, but I'm not planning on implementing, for this release anyway.

Right, I saw that mod too, but robed TNO has actually a unique appearance while in the other armors just make you look like a Harmonium or Godsman guard. As for new magical armors, I wouldn't care for them as you get many items that can do this, but a robe to hide some of your scars would seem like a sensible choice.

As a big fan of Platter's old mod for just this, I would love to see it done.
I also suspect it is another one of those hardcoded things in the game, as you are absolutely not allowed in any manner to even put the robe on outside of the mortuary (I've tried editing it back in NI *Sigh*).
Might as well make a zombie costume ? Someone is going to get a kick out of that.
