If you use the same exact game/install order, and as I have said earlier, it's easier to copy the whole game folder from one computer to another's computers exact same folder(after all your computers are interlinked)... everything mod related etc. will work, at least in principle.I finally found someone who'll play co-op with me, will the game work in co-op if we used Tutu or BGT, plus just a couple of the most essential fixes/tweaks? Thanks.

Well, Miloch's answer is good, but there could be made some improvement for it... namely as some of the mods have randomizes within the .tp2s, the co-op could fail if you dual install all the mods, and not copy-paste the whole game folder from one computer to another. As you have already had your question answered at G3, I'll suggest you stick to that thread.

Take notice that you can play the game in a computer that has not installed the game(or that has 'multiple installs' of the same game), if the baldur.ini files [Alias]'es HD0 and CD1 in the current game folder points to it and the CD2-5 point to some directory that has the info, and you start the game from the BGMain.exe in the specific game folder, not from the baldur.exe...

Things like the fixpacks, hotfixes, tweak packs and any other small balance patch that makes the basic game better or more stable. Which mods that meet this description are the best to install for a multiplayer game? I've heard so many opinions at other forums about which fixes/tweaks/balance patches are outdated etc., so if anyone has a more up to date answer that would be great to hear.
I should explain, I can't copy my directory for my friend because we are at separate locations. We're going to use a certain program to simulate a lan connection. Thanks again.
