Ive installed the BWS now and when I was starting a new game (have a saved game when Imoen rescued me in Irenicus dungeon) and its loading then "jumps out" from the game and "Windows has encoutered a problem, report this problem"? or what to say, english aint my strong side...

So I started a new game in ToB instead (had a savefile in Forest of Tethyr) and talked to the head and it said:

Such secrets shall´I never divulge,
thy answers lie within the others.

Then two of the other heads eyes get flames from its eyes but I cant talk to any other head or walk to any other area, what to do? Is this right?

You should try to start a new game, not load an old one.
