b!tweaks v4 is a collection of tweaks and cheats for Baldur's Gate Tutu, Baldur's Gate 2 with or without the Throne of Bhaal expansion, and BGT. It is available for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux.

The "full" version contains
  • "Moody Anomen" restores his irritated "What is it now?" sound to both SoA and ToB in place of the robotic-sounding "I am ready to act."
  • "Bardic Reputation Adjustment" that allows players to lower their reputation without having to resort to killing innocents.
  • "Traveler's Stone" allows the party to return to frequently-visited places.
  • "Sensible Weapon Proficiencies" bases weapon proficiencies on statistics as opposed to class.
  • "Flexible Alignment Restrictions" allows a wider range of alignments for paladins and druids.
  • "Proficiency Tweaks" allows the player to set the maximum attainable weapon proficiency level for all standard classes and kits.
  • "Alignment Adjustments" alters BG1 NPC alignments. Whether the change is to better match the personality of the NPC or simply to keep them happy in the party is up to the player to decide.
  • "Portrait Changes" alters the portraits of a few NPCs.

The "lite" version contains
  • "Moody Anomen" restores his irritated "What is it now?" sound to both SoA and ToB in place of the robotic-sounding "I am ready to act."
  • "Bardic Reputation Adjustment" that allows players to lower their reputation without having to resort to killing innocents.
  • "Traveler's Stone" allows the party to return to frequently-visited places.
  • "Sensible Weapon Proficiencies" bases weapon proficiencies on statistics as opposed to class.
  • "Flexible Alignment Restrictions" allows a wider range of alignments for paladins and druids.

I'm trying out a BWP-lite and a b!tweaks v4-lite would blend in perfectly :shifty:. However the link to Berelinde's website is down. I scavenged the net for an alternative download location but to no avail. If anybody would be willing to post it here or send it to me, I would be quite happy. Hoping for some prolonged Christmas-spirit :woot:.

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

You have to consider yourselves lucky.

--------------
PS, the reason why my posts might sound "hostile" is cause they are intended to, as a part of a poor joke, not actual hostility ... like, see EVIL is better. And cause I don't have the non-lite version.

You ought to correct this.   ;)

Strange that this mod need manual download in BWS, there are some cool stuff in it, after all ( if we don't count traveler stone, it is bugged like hell and in urgent need of fixing).

Hey, there are way worse hosts than mediafire! At least MF can handle huge files and doesn't mysteriously disappear them after a week.

Well, if you will able to provide proper hosting, this problem will gone. the mediafire is one of the worst file hosting services. Please refer to BWS link requirements.

Well you yourself can upload the file actually to a site you desire, the readme is quite clear on the fact that the mod is just a remake of original tweaks:

VII.  Legal Stuff
This mod may not be sold. Since just about everything in it appeared somewhere else first, at least in concept, I'm not enough of a hypocrite to say "Hands off."
And since it's not officially online anymore, I would assume that it can be uploaded to anywhere one wants to as long as it's not on sale purpose, and as the BWS would handle the bypass of that system anyways... as long as you accept to take it down if it's requested. by a legitimate berelinde.

It goes without saying if Berelinde ask so it will be immediately removed. This is old, no EE version from my hard drive...

Not trying to use copyright as a hammer here, but if the creator of this mod hasn't said "anyone can feel free to redistribute my stuff whenever and however you want" ... then I'm not going to redistribute her stuff.
