heavily modded install.... can someone tell me what mod to read up on thieves stole book needed to enter candlekeep.... don't know what to do... btw just a couple crashes and a couple glitches but good so far kudos to all who brought it together...

That's the Vault mod. Its part of the Return to Nashkel quest. You are supposed to hunt him down (by backtracking through FAI and then the map above Nashkel, and finally Nashkel itself. I wrote a little walkthrough, check the resurrected mod section.
