Hey King Diamond (or anyone else),

I saw that CtB has been updated to v1.12a in the SHS Downloads area. I also noticed that it is exactly the same size as v1.12 and when I did a file-to-file comparison, all the files are exactly the same size and have the same date... so what's different?

Thank you,
LoneRogue

The actual file you downloaded is still 1.12. Problems with updating here and it is out of my hands :o . You can get the fullblown 1.12a at Dragon's Hoard along with the new TDD 1.13. :D

I am currently maintaining if you have more questions

Hey Hoppy,

Thank you for all the info and updates!! :)

I have been pretty busy being a dad and was not aware that you are taking care of business. Good job by the way!

Just let me know if there is anything I can find for you. ;)

Cheers,
LoneRogue

Hey Hoppy,

I'm not sure if I found a problem in the CtBv1.12a I downloaded from BWL or not, but it appears that only two files are different from the CtBv1.12 I downloaded from SHS at the end of December 2009 and they are both older:

.\ctb\creature\translate\cb3547bl.cre is different (CtBv1.12 is more recent)
.\ctb\creature\translate\cbmalr5a.cre is different (CtBv1.12 is more recent)

Is CtBv1.12a truely a newer, updated version?

Thank you,
LoneRogue

The two creatures ended up being broken after an attempt to fix them, if that makes sense. Since the previous version ones were OK, I put them back. Putting the "a" after the version number was to help keep things straight and that is why the TP2 still says 1.12 and regarding the files, nothing was "new".

It was something I caught right after 1.12 was released and now I am watching out for it in the future when we try to fix creatures instead of assuming they are fixed by some offset fixing magic code.

EDIT: the two you listed are exactly the ones I had to restore. In this post I uploaded good copies until 1.12a was shipped.
