How to speed-up a text in the dialog window?

Hello, plane-walkers! ;-)

I have a very simple question: is it possible to speed-up a scrolling of text in the dialog window, by the patch or somehow else? I just started my second PS:T game, and it's so boring to wait a second or even two while all dialog options scrolls to the end (especially if you saw this dialog ...ty times before).
