Pretty cut-and-dry. Everything is done except this last quest, can't get it to start. Is there a CULA command that will flag Otho for me to ask 'is something wrong'?

Simply CreateCreature("dsotho") in Beregost town. You can look up the .cre file in the DSotC\CRE subfolder.
The forms must be obeyed.

Yeah, all he does is say "Nice mace" (or something along those lines).
To add to it, nobody has talked to me since I turned in the baby quest - apparently a messenger is supposed to chat me up about talking to Otho - that hasn't happened. I also never found that woman's necklace...

It worked for me but I did the necklace quest - simply go along the road in the area north of Nashkell...
