It can do many things with .tlk and .tra files, like comparing, translating, (un)grouping strings in .tra and so on.

Yeah, I know, it is old and rare sh*t, but after all these months I've spent on it I like this bugy code very much ))
The main problem of this program is a... FAQ! There is no FAQ at all! )))
So, if you have problems using this app, write down a question here and I shall answer.
If you like it (he-he) or know how to improve it, also write down here.
P.S. Originaly it was written for russian comunity of arcanecoast.ru and was tested by time... ergh, translators.
