According to the setup-ia.exe this component is mandatory in order to install IA, but upon downloading this .zip, no files are being extracted upon which an error message is delivered by WinRAR: :Unknown method in xxx...

As I've mentioned in at least a couple other posts in this forum, use WinZip or 7-Zip to extract them. I'll change them to .rar or .7z format eventually.

Anyway, I think that post should be pinned a bit everywhere, because it's quite difficult to find how to search if you don't know how to search yet
