BP-Balancer & Tutu

Can one use BP-Balancer 0.33b on a Tutu install? I want to use it principally for Secret of Bonehill and possibly Drizzt Saga. I assume I just install this after the mods in question are installed. Is there any known conflict with other unrelated mods, including balancing mods?

Any other information on the mod would be appreciated. For some reason I just couldn't find much discussion or documentation about it.
