I got the ring of mastermind from melicap for helping turn him back to a man. For some reason when i equip the rinf my character cannot move and i am unable to access the inventory for the player who has it equip. The ring reduces spell casting time by 1.

I'm not an expert, but sounds to me like you have a stutter bug. The ring may be a trigger, or a coincidence. Did this happen just once, or multiple times? Does taking the ring off fix the problem, or is the game bugged permanently or until reload as soon as you put it on?
Are you sure it isn't a ring of folly? I believe those stop you from being able to access your inventory.

What is the stutter bug? it just says its the ring of mastermind. When i put it on the player does not move. I cannot access the inventory. On the records page intelligence and wisdom is reduce to 3. And why would rings do this? It happens everytime when i reload. Once the ring is on i have to reload as the player wont move. Game is bug when i put it on. I tried searching for the ring of mastermind on google. I found nothing. Maybe its part of a mod.

That's Salk's cursed items mod. I think it's supposed to be funny or something. Running into "bugs" of this nature is downright common with that mod - even the readme doesn't say what it does.
And the mirror, it reflects a tiny dancing skeleton, surrounded by a fleshy overcoat and swaddled in

A wise decision. Cut Ipsissimus in on half the profit for helping you.

Tis a shame because viconia has got leather armour on which has +2 casting time. Would of been good to get it down abit.
