Cernd and Viconia bug?

I've had a bug between Cernd and Viconia, where right after adding Cernd, Viccy gets on his case about feeling bad about a werewolf dying. The main issue is that the dialog occurs repeatedly (what I think you guys call a stutter bug). The other issue is that the only werewolf they might be referring to that I can think of is that wolf-woman in the Umar Hills who led a pack of wolves and then dies after the Shade Lord corrupts them - but it happened long before I added Cernd.

I couldn't find anything in the forums here or for the PPG banter pack. I'm not sure it's the IEP, but it's my best guess b/c I had the banter pack on a previous install and I don't remember a conflict, although I might simply have never had them together. I've included my weidu log below.

(If it helps, the text of the dialog ended in: Viconia - "The fool werewolf died so that we might have a chance. In any case, if she had not died now, without her pack some human would have undoubtably [sic] hunted her down and killed her. That is the way of you humans--destroy that which does not fit in." Cernd - "Not all humans, Viconia. Like trees, there are many layers of bark surrounding us--even dark aspens such as yourself.")

ack, that should have been "more" fun.

Anyways, I neglected to mention, in case it helps, that between the repeats, a few second would pass, enough for me to issue movement commands. So I had them enter the druid grove, but the bug persisted even after they changed areas.
