i have a weird feeling i am missing NPC's, been a long time since i played so i can't remember..
but there are no basilisks in north sword coast, i'm sure i remember there were basilisks by the sunken ship?
and there is no town crier in bereghost town centre?
i also just seem to be coming across very few encounters...
is this a common known issue???

Pretty sure the only place with major basilisks encounters are in North of the Gullykin's map... in BG1. The missing NPCs might have been moved to more easy accessible areas, by SCS(I) or BG1NPC project, read their readme's for more info on them.but there are no basilisks in north sword coast, i'm sure i remember there were basilisks by the sunken ship?

Hmm, i hope so..
also in one of the areas, when you encounter the female warrior who you aid against the gibberlings, well, the gibberlings don't appear but i can still complete the quest with her...... i'll keep playing perhaps i'm wrong
