I bought the BG I and II at Gog.com and I want to install BGTrilogy with TDD.
So I have some questions:

1) What is the correct order of installation?
I tried this:

BG I
BG II
3º bg2fixpack
TDD
5º Worldmap
6º BGTrilogy WeiDU

2) What I choose to install: Big Picture compatibility mod or worldmap for Tutu?

3) What is the difference between the huge and large worldmap? Only the size? What is better?

4) What is the difference between the new worldmap and the clothmap style map for Throne of Bhaal? What is better?

That's incorrect. BP-BGT_Worldmap needs to be installed after both BGT and TDD. You can visit this forum for more answers on installation orders.

2) What I choose to install: Big Picture compatibility mod or worldmap for Tutu?

Since you aren't using Tutu, you want to go with the first option. You can also use version 8, which makes the correct choice automatically.

3) What is the difference between the huge and large worldmap? Only the size? What is better?

Some mods involving very far-away lands require the huge worldmap (in this case you do not get the option of using the large worldmap). Other than that is a matter of preference.

4) What is the difference between the new worldmap and the clothmap style map for Throne of Bhaal? What is better?

The first option gives you the exact same worldmap you used in BG1 and the rest of BG2 and the second choice gives you a worldmap that looks different from the vanilla worldmap. Using the first option can cause problems if you also use certain mods, e.g. Wheels of Prophecy, but in your case it's a matter of preference.

TDD require the huge worldmap?

If you get to choose between the large and the huge worldmap I would think TDD does not require the huge worldmap.
