Stronghold question

Alright, so I have been crawling my way through the abandoned temple and further south to the slaver stronghold which I believe I have cleared out completely. However I find that I have no idea where to go next. I have found a map highlighting Suderham as a center of slavetrade and a pass that should allow me entry the city. However I cannot find the location in world map. Additionally, I cannot return to Selgaunt via the worldmap screen, although I can return to Westgate if I wish to do that.

I do not immediately see any solution to this. I have already tried trecking the harbor and the taverns of Westgate in case I was looking for someone to take me by boat. However, it has proven fruitless. If someone could point me in the right direction or clarify whether or not something has gone awry I would be grateful.

Finally, I would to say I have enjoyed the characters and storylines thoroughly, and I look forward to follow the further development of this series.

After the lower levels of the Temple, I think you should travel back to the town(Westgate), hire yourself a captain, and the 3 sailors(it took some doing) and you should be able to leave for the Slaver Stronghold... or that was what I did a several versions ago.
The harbor(the first area you arrive) should change after you leave it, and during the day time, the Captain and the others should be in their...

Hah! Ok, so I basically botched the playthrough myself by going directly to the stronghold after the abandoned temple. I suppose that would explain it. Good thing I have a lot of saves at key points. Guess I'll try that out then. Thank you for the speedy reply.

The temple is the first part. The second is the stronghold down in the mountains. From there, you need to go to Suderham which is on an island. That is when you need a ship. Don't go their without a "pass" document or else you will immediately be attacked by the town guards.

Did you complete A2 (the fortress)? If so, go back to Westgate and enter the docks. You will find them in a tavern but you will also find some other people whom you probably don't like. You also need a captain and he is busy hanging out inside a wine bottle but also in the docks.
