I wound up with a bunch of extra gold and bought a ton of rep (went from 12 to 18 in a dialogue with a priestess), but even though my rep is over 13, Kiyone isn't spawning. Is there a CLUA command to summon her? Also, the BTL Debug held no errors at all.

EDIT 2: Mmmm...she finally spawned on her own after I wandered about the city for a bit. Odd, but whatever...lol. So long as it works, eh.....

She doesn't spawn until after you talk to Gaelan Bayle for the first time.

That said, there is an issue when you buy Rep before talking to Gaelan.
Later, when you end up outside Gaelan's house, she spawns just after Brus.
(if) Brus takes you off elsewhere, and she is just left standing in the corner somewhere around Gaelan's house.

Thereafter, because she has already spawned (and been missed), she does not spawn again...
