What items and affects do I need to finish BG1 Chapter 5?

So, I accidentally got the scrolls about Reiltar going to Candlekeep sometime in the beginning of chapter 5 -- and then went out to clear the rest of the side quests -- and lost or sold the scrolls needed to finish the stupid game.

I have ShadowKeeper -- which scrolls do I need to put in my inventory to get Duke Eltan to give me the book and whisk me away to CK? Are there any Character Affects I need to make sure are set, too?
