The black rose part I : Market Prices was deleted from BWL's forums with intent. Baronius don't want this mod could be downloadable anywhere. I guess you should ask him before.

Just wondering if this was what the original author intended, or if Baronius just didn't want to let people download this unsupported mod.

You can never really tell what's the truth (especially regarding the Iron Curtain), but apparently Baronius pulled the download because WindWalker (the author) asked him to, since he didn't want people to download part 1 while he was working on the rest of the mod.
Which is all fine and dandy, except for the "little" detail that WindWalker hadn't logged in for more than two years when the download was pulled (that was long before the paywall, so at least they didn't do it for the money).
