hello i am having some frustrating problems. first off, i made it all the way past the dragon quest and never saw the lady with a missing necklace. so i loaded it from an old saved game to start from scratch. now i have jet'laya and her sister just isnt between the rocks where she should be. this is so frustrating. could someone tell me how to spawn ferium?? thanks so much

You need to be there at night to find her. If the battle takes too long she hides.

From what I remember, the order in which things happpen is: complete dragon quest and talk to Jeremy (who will be outside, now, IIRC); then go towards the windmill and receive the quest with the baby, and only after that, near Nashkell inn, you get the necklace quest (which is an excuse to get you to the area where you meet Cu'Choinneach, I believe).
I don't actually think that you need the necklace quest in order to meet Cu'ch; the really important thing, in order to get the citadel quest, is to speak with the girl near the mill

Jet's sister is a banshee and she only shows up at night. If you are in her area during the day, take a sleep and wait till dark... she'll show up. :)
