Just installed BGT and DSotSC and I was wondering: can sorcerer learn DSotSC new spells and if not is there a way to artificially make them learn them ?

unfortunately, not with this version of ds.
You can probably do something with NearInfinity or Shadowkeeper; for example, learn a spell you don't want and use those saved game editors afterwards, to change the name of the spell.
