installer hangs at 'processing fixes for "bg2fixpatch"'

Hi,

I'm trying to install the big world project for the first time, and when I go to install, everything run smoothly until it gets to this screen. I had it sit there for a couple hours and nothing happened. I couldn't find anything on the forum and was wondering if anyone could help.

I have windows 7.
