Map # Switch?

Hi guys, have a strange one here. Used BWS to install the "recommended" mods, I'm definitely still early in the game. On the world map, I picked the government district to visit (for the first time), and it dropped me in a different town (with lots and lots of tree cover, but I couldn't recognize it). Any ideas on what's going on? I'm assuming one of my mods changed the map # for the Government District, but I'm not sure there is any easy way for me to fix it back.

How embarrassing. Apparently I was on the side of the district where you can't access the government offices, and had never been there before. Facepalm.
