D'arnise Keep Cellar stairs bug

Big World tactics mod installed.

Not even a clue as to which mod did this but the stairs up stopped working in the D'arnise basement and I cannot get out. It happens when you cross the threshold into the shrine where Nalia's father (Lord D'Arnise) lies dead, so I am guessing someone thought it would be a good idea to prevent people from leaving until they had accomplished something in particular, but either I cannot figure out what this "particular" is or I already completed it and the check is broken.

you must kill torgal and have nalia acknowledge her dead father if she is in party. recently, torgal is often missing though. create him if necessary.

This is only tangentially related, but I wouldn't wanna open up a new thread for it.
Are there only 2 flailheads in D'Arnise when using the recommended version of the BiG setup? Only found cold and fire...still let me forge the flail though...

I have all three flailheads. No one in my party uses a flail, though, (I have Branwen and her +3 silver mace) so I never bothered to forge it. The pieces seemed to be in the usual places, I guess. It's been a very long time since I played this.

So I have to spawn Torgal. Hrm. After reading some other threads I hope he is not immortal.
Alas, CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("torgal") is not even working. The command is echoed but nothing happens. So I am guessing that some string in the area is still clobbering him. Looks like the old BP bug.

There are three torgal files, so my guess is that each one was supposed to supplement the previous ones. I spawned torgal3 and had a merry time defeating him and the cronies he spawns, but I never got the dialog. But at least the stairs are open.

-Someone had an original torgal file posted on another thread, so dropped it in the override folder, cycled the game and spawned him. presto: torgal dialog.

it's not necessary to have 3 heads, you can forge a 2 headed flail by design.

Indeed, it's the same bug.
You have to change-log torgal.cre and put one that work in override (after renaming it torgal.cre). And only then, reload a savegame before going to this area and Torgal will be here.

Yes...just that I would like to have the third one too and I couldn't find it...now that I cleared the Keep I'm pretty sure it's gone...guess I'm gonna shadowkeep it into my inventory...unless the third head is supposed to be somewhere else...that's my actual question.

I know that there is at least one mod (I don't remember which one) that puts the third head in Torgal equipment.
