Seems I'm the only Chaotic Nameless in the Universe with this problem, so please ignore if there is a trivial solution.
To complete the Anarchist quest, one must needs a Lim-Lim, but he has vanished 'puff' from inventory (can't remember how). Might have been with Morte when captured by Lothar. Sauntered back to the SW Hive Merchant, says he only sells Lim-Lims, but my option now is only to <Leave>.
Any Workarounds?

Lim-lim is not in inventory because I have been holding him in my right hand all this time.
Other than taking this to PST_Tweaks to barrack for a party of Lim-Lims filling one's inventory, kindly consider this topic as all my own.
