When I was playing BG2 + ToB vanilla (+bonus merchants) I got used to being able to buy the Shield of Balduran (the one that reflects beholder rays) from Ribald's Mart (or Deidre the bonus merchant, can't remember which). Now I'm doing a first time play through after using BWS 9.10 and I can't seem to find any merchants that sell The Shield of Balduran now....
Does anybody know where it is inside a BWS 9.10 install?

It's probably randomized by the Item Randomizer to be... spoiler section of the readme... in one of the 13 "places" in tier 7... actually Deidre has three of "places" as sell-able artifacts.I can't seem to find any merchants that sell The Shield of Balduran now....

As always sir your informative replies are highly appreciated. I followed your spoiler section link and identified where the Shield (tier 7) could be. Of course, that doesn't mean that I won't add it my guy through Shadow Keeper since I want to have access to it far sooner than I'd be able to if I waited until I could get it legitimately from those locations. Heck I'll even subtract 40k gold so I feel like I 'bought' it
