I don't see what you're trying to do, since CTB only affects the BG2 part of the game, and Tutu shuts down the BG2 part of the game.
French translator of: BG2 FixPack, BG2 Tweaks, Baldur's Gate Trilogy-WeiDU, BGT-Tweaks and some minor mods.

I could not find a readme file.
Since it added new quests and mentioned Candlekeep, I
assumed it was for the BG1.

It is "Candlekeep Chores", but it happens right before the beginning of Shadows of Amn.
