I cant acces the readme, is there a way to read it? I can read the short type when i download the mod, but i cant get the details (for example, what is the list of "new equipment"). Thanks in advance!

The online readmes are apparently still offline. I hope this can be fixed soon.

As Miloch said, the online versions of all readmes are temporary unavailable due to the ongoing SHS site upgrade.
However, you can find a local copy of the readmes inside the folder where the mod is installed (i.e. rr/doc for Rogue Rebalancing and atweaks/doc for aTweaks).

You are right! i had only opened the "README_RR" file, did not check the others. Thanks for the help, and really good mod I must say. Keep up the good work!
