So I've been messing with stuff of Mass Effect and made it more pleasing graphically to play.

So here is the ugly default look

Here is the optimised .ini tweaking I spent hour's on. :P

So I then started working on getting enb in mass effect since it was available for Mass Effect 3 but I never got it working right then I found I could use the FXAA Post Process Injector from Skyrim Nexus and messed with the settings to get sharper textures, more saturation, some bloom and it provides better antialiasing than using the graphics card control panel. I also used Ambient Occlusion which actually works in the game.

Shadows still suck but nothing can be done about them. :P

Put all the components with your mass effect.exe, you can use the FXAA tool to adjust settings.

I would use the mass effect wiki or tweak guides to adjust your .ini settings.

To improve things further, use Texmod to pull in these updates: it says ME2 but scroll down as there's ME1 textures as well.

Thanks, though I didn't do the face just so you know.

Converted the battlemaster textures from me2 to me1

Although the me2 white texture is lower res it does make the armour more defined IMO.

I used the glitch where you can get anyone to wear any outfit.

Used it to have garrus wear heavy armor

Too bad he only goes to medium.
