So it's not really an idea for a mod, more of a question. I am wondering is there is an easy way to have more than 5% wild surge on a wild mage. I am not talking the wild surge from Reckless Dweomer, just regular spell casting. I just feel like they happen not enough, and it feels like they only appears if i cast Reckless Dweomer.

Also is there any, again, easy way to implement the wild "dreams" from the mod spellshaper to a wildmage.
