The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) 1.8.3

Team TSLRCM has released TSLRCM version 1.8.3 for Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. You can grab the latest & greatest version here.
TSLRCM tries to fix to the best of our abilities the issues The Sith Lords had due to being rushed. TSLRCM contains a host of restored content, most important ones the HK factory and your party members appearing on Malachor. Also this mod fixes many many bugs left inside TSL. More than a thousand bugs have been fixed, from small dialog issues to gamebreaking bugs. The end result is that this mod gives you the most polished and full TSL experience possible, the best possible chance to get the full experience Obsidian tried for when making the game.

Also available: M4-78EP (Patched)
This mod adds the planet of M4-78 to the game, where you can find Master Vash alive. The planet is only available after finishing Korriban. You will find a clue on how to get to M4-78 in Korriban's Sith Academy.

Features:
* Brand new planet consisting of seven new, unique locations!
* Over two hours of additional gameplay!
* Explore the mysterious Droid's Planet in a dialog-heavy adventure, with over 1000 lines of voiced dialogs!
* Your actions on M4-78 have impact on other planets, making it feel like a legitimate part of the game!
* Restored previously unavailable unique droid items for your party members!

I have a question about HK-factory, it's a spoiler filled, so, read at your leisure:

BWS - Standard = not imba items spells or cheats. Tactical = AI hardly stupid = stupid hard. Expert = broke.
In case the BG2 game crashes post the content of your baldur.err file. To get it to record stuff, open up the 'baldur.ini' in your game folder with Notepad, and under the [Program Options] section in the file, make a new line and type in 'Logging On=1' (without the '' quotes, unless the line is already there)... Save the file and exit. Now go back into the game and try to reproduce the crash. Then look in your game folder again for the Baldur.err file and open it with the Notepad to analyze its contents, or let us do it.

You forgot to mention M4-78EP Update is also released. :D

Better place to get TSLRCM v 1.8.3, M4-78EP Update and other minor TSLRCM compatible mods is Deadly Stream home of those mods. :P
