1. Are you looking for original art, photoshopped art or a portrait edit?

Original art strongly preferred, please.

2. Male or female? What race, age and character class, possibly alignment?

Lawful Good female human sorceress, 19 years old.

3. Describe the character's features (face, eyes, hair, clothing, etc)

Light skin, short blonde hair - not past the ears - wearing robes. Silver eyes (this has story reasons I'm not revealing at this time). Wears robes, green and white colors. Robes should have a hood - whether it is up or down I leave to the artist's discretion.

4. What color preferences do you have (skin, eyes, hair, armor, clothing, etc)?

See above.

5. Would you like a weapon, a spell effect or an item to be shown in the portrait? If so, what kind?

I leave this entirely to the artist's discretion. She is a sorceress - use that as you will.

6. What kind of a background would you like?

Something to fit in with the Bioware portraits.

7. What kind of an expression would you like the character to have? Dangerous, happy, serene, mysterious, playful, sad, etc etc?

Thoughtful, maybe serious.

8. Do you have a portrait you would like to be used as a model/reference picture (for pose, expression, looks, colors, etc...)? Post it here if you have!

No.

9. Should the artist post the portrait here, or PM or email it to you?

PM it to me, please.

10. Any deadlines?

Christmas - this is planned to be a 12 days release.

11. What game and what mod is this for?

Valerie, for BG1 (and eventually BG2). She is a joinable character and will need all three portrait sizes.

12. Anything else you'd like to mention?

No.

I've been looking for a suitable model (yet is really difficult...) for some time, I'm not sure if I'll manage to do the portrait (but I'm not giving up yet!), but a question came to my mind. She's a BG1 NPC (for now) + you said you want something to mach BioWare portraits, but portraits for BG1 and BG2 differs. So, would you rather like to see something matching BG1 or BG2 portraits? :) If I don't manage to do the portrait, still answer may appear helpful for some other eager to make the portrait.

Matching BG2 if possible.

I tried to do something about it, but... well, I'm not really happy with the results. You're free to use it, but I'm sure someone can prepare a better portrait.

EDIT: I've just realized that it was supposed to be in a PM! Sorry!

Said portrait is unacceptable in any event. I would strongly prefer the portrait hew to the actual description I gave.

If you want to take a crack at it, be my guest, but unfortunately I don't think your style matches the BG1 or BG2 style well.

Fair enough in case I do have a go which do you prefer, bg1 or bg2? They are quite different.

EDIT:sorry, I see you've already answered that.

Yeah. While the part I'm currently working on is BG1, I know that BG2 is more popular and so I'd to match that style instead.
