CTD upon re - entering Underdark Exit

Getting CTD when I try to go to the Underdark Exit after getting the rhynn lanthorn from Bodhi. Come to think of it the only time the area was working was when i left the underdark.
I'm Fairly certain this is CTB related as before installing this mod I've rarely if ever had CTD's but have found many to occur while playing with the mod installed.

Can anyone offer me a possible solution?

It's probably a problem with the big picture worldmap install right? As I had to install this after CTB having not realised it was necessary to access the new areas.
