My two favorites mods are the Fishing For Trouble and BG1 NPCs for SoA, these two mods are compatible with each other? Is there some sort of conflict with the new areas in Athkatla (Governament Westside - Water Gardens (BG1 NPCs for SoA))?

Congratulations for great job.

Thank you for the feedback. No, there shouldn't be any conflict between the two mods.

I've just loaded BG1 NPCs for SoA and I see what you mean - Smiling Imp has placed the Water Gardens right on top of Government District Westside. Based on mod release dates - and nothing more - you might like to request Smiling Imp to put the Water Gardens somewhere else. The only clear area that I am aware of on the north side of Amn is to the east of the Goverment District and north of the Bridge district - the area below the Temple District is occupied by an area for one of Lava Del'Vortel's mods that was released just before FFT.

I have no idea what the codes are for the Water Gardens - you'll have to ask Smiling Imp. GDW works fine.

Hey guys, Smiling Imp here.

Are you sure you downloaded the right mod, Yovaneth? b/c Oracle is correct, the Water Gardens does not appear of the World Map. If it did, it would actually be somewhere around here...

The only conflict I see are that both mods introduce Elminster. Other than that, I can't think of anything, really..

No, I'm not :D. Well, I did download the right mod but then made some assumptions I had no right or evidence to make. If you want to add the Water Gardens to the map in a future release, feel free to rip the wmp patching code out of the FFT installer.

Thanks Yovaneth, but for the time being I prefer that the Water Gardens remains incognito just so the issue of mod conflict does not come up. If you are curious to check it out yourself though, the area code is 'ARBGX2'.

BTW, nice job on the mod. The Government District West is top class. One question though. You would mind if some of the nobles in the Water Gardens mentioned the Government District West is some dialogs. Nothing that will reveal any plots, more like, "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Government District West..."

Uhm... but my mods add no new city areas....
ISNF adds no master areas, just a new estate in Gov. Dis. + new area in the sewers.
TotDG - this one adds an area icon on the sea and disappears when we escape the Deep Gardens.
Innershade is a part of Tethyr forest.
WQ is... on the swamps, so it also has nothing to do with Athkatla.
E. Song - new camp near the exit from underdark.

Okay - that leaves that area clear. You did ask me at one point if I could shorten the map name so that it wouldn't overwrite the new area; I still have the PM somewhere.

Maybe it wasn't my mod :) Don't remember now, but it might have been because of the "Athkatlan Expansion" mod as I think it was supposed to be somewhere there... Seriously, I don't remember :P It's not my mod, though :P
...but it kinda doesn't matter right now, does it? :P
