Hello! I feel a bit unnatural having to ask for help on the interwebs, usually the answer is allready there. Nevertheless, I'm trying, once again, to polish a very large BWS install. Some time has passed since the last time I had to try running a very large installation; I see some objects got updated. I'm surprised to get stuck so early during the install.
Clearly, I can't understand the language this things are done by, so here is the error the BWS window is showing:

Spoiler

My apologies if this this is not the right place to post this issue instead of the "Meg Mod Help!" section. Lastly, I should admit I have only tried it twice installing this late night with small, if any, changes from the previous mod selection. I just feel stuck about it, can't decide if I should move on. Many, many thanks in advance.

Wow, looks like trying to fix this caused even more shit to hit the fan :o

Both of them are easily fixable but since the relevant modder is active these days, it'd be great if you could give him a ping at this thread :) I'll start off the discussion

What I'm concerned about is this:

[Setup-dq.exe] WeiDU version 23100

The BWPInstallpack uses v23104 (and WeiDU updates to the latest version available in the entire folder) so seeing 23100 being used in this install is kinda new

In case you ask, v23104 (even though it's beta) has better stability for processing hugely modded like the BWP than anything before it

Just tried to install it on a clean game; I got the same error.

@Lollorian, thank you for moving this to the living thread of bug reports!

@Lol: Ask TheBigg if he could update http://www.weidu.org...ebigg/WeiDU.exe to that version.
I don't know if I asked him or he suggested that he puts the version up there for the BWS to save space and always be up to date.
So if the BWS fetches an old version, it's because that file is not that current one you want to have.

That's probably supposed to be for stable release versions only so it would make sense that 23100 exe is linked there :P

Why not use the exe supplied by the installpack though? Downloading a WeiDU from that link would be redundant seeing that the BWPInstallpack also contains a WeiDU in its "move something" folder - or something like that

It made sense when the installpack did not contain a current weidu or the installpack was not updated for some months and no upgrade was made.
Also the weidu.exe was made available for the BiG World, so using 104 would make sense.

But discussing this in the fft-thread would be a bit out of context.

Well, I have to say the issue has been resolved by Lollorian and additions of Ikki: - http://www.shsforums...reports-for-v2/
