Run into this twice in a row now.  While decoding the ogg files, I get this:

I already removed one mod that threw this issue, asking me to insert a diskette containing a batch file.  Well the mod has two batch files in its folder, but according to the debug, it already ran those successfully.

The particular file in question this time is ToA\mp3\ZNOMOR59.mp3.  (One of the audio files for Tales of Anegh.)  Last time it was one of Chiara's files.

I can't seem to find any solutions to the issue, though I've found two to three posts where the problem was posted and never solved.

Does this have something to do with me running Windows 8?  I had to open an admin CMD in order to run the bat file successfully, despite having UAC turned off.  Could that be impacting its ability to run the bat files?  Or is this an error with the mod that has to be fixed?  Or perhaps something in the BWP bat that needs to be adjusted for these mods?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  After coming so far with an install, these stupid hiccups are killing me.
