Unless there's a good reason to do otherwise, can we ensure that TP2 mode prefers to use files in override rather than files it finds in ./ ?

In reinstalling Kelsey on my machine, his PDIALOG entry didn't get put in because I happened to have an old PDIALOG.2DA in my BG2 main dir. I've been bitten by this as well over time with DLG files... since it's just so convenient to extract stuff to BG2 main, look at it there, and so forth.

This isn't something that will affect every user experience, but any WeiDU dabbler or modder could get hit if they're not helpful.

Appending game text ...
[./PDIALOG.2DA] loaded, 3901 bytes
Not appending [J#Kelsey     J#KlsyP            J#KlsyJ           J#KlsyD...] to [pdialog.2da] because it DOES contains [J#Kelsey]
Appending game text ...

I will do this for the next version, but I expect there may be complaints from people expecting that behavior.

I'm not sure, does anybody actually count on it being there? Quitch scolds the placing of .bat files in BG2 main, so it's presumably not going to come from him. I haven't observed anybody counting on IE engine files being in the BG2 main dir...
