This hotfix corrects the issue that has Gate crashing the game when cast by a SCS mage. There is no need to install it unless you are using SCS' Improved Fiends and aTweaks' PnP Fiends. This issue is already corrected in aTweaks 4.23 and you do not need this hotfix if you are already using that version (or a later version).

Installing this hotfix corrects the issue, same as if you had upgraded to aTweaks 4.23. It can be installed at any point after aTweaks. 140104: The attachment has been updated. It's semantically identical, but with a different name.

It's the same as any other mod. If $GAME is your game directory, $GAME/atweaks-hotfix-140102/atweaks-hotfix-140102.tp2 should be a valid file and you run WeiDU in $GAME itself. The included copy of WeiDU is for Windows, so if that is your platform, you simply place setup-atweaks-hotfix-140102.exe in $GAME and double-click it. Otherwise you download WeiDU from weidu.org and proceed from there.

I believe there's actually an issue, probably with how WeiDU searches for the tp2.

I managed to run it by replacing "-"s after "atweaks" by "_"s (executable, folder, tp2 file)

Okay, I see what you mean. It's a WeiDU bug (which only appears with the setup-mymod practice, which I normally eschew) and will be fixed in the next verision. In the meantime, I've adjusted the hotfix to not use any additional hyphens.
