I'm trying again to finish this excellent mod. (Last time my PC blew up when I was halfway through). I've got to Day 4 Hour 11 and I still haven't seen the genie in the slums, so I can't get to Arlax. I've forgotten where he is supposed to be. I've looked everywhere both at night, and in daylight 
Also the town cryers all seem to be stuck on the same dialogue, and none of them mention the Arena. Can anyone tell me the Area Code for the area?

I've got both Drizzt and Wulfgar in my party, and I can see plenty of the various sites on the Worldmap (only faint & unaccessable at the moment),

You have a problem then.
Djinni is (x 3200 y 3003), to check location info use "x".
Do you now to use NI. If you do check that AR0400.BCS has this block:

I don't know how to use NI. The Djinn is definitely not where he should be. I'm also having issues especially with Anomen and also with Jan. I'm going to completely ininstall and try again from the beginning
