Edit 2014-10-18: As of October 17 the workaround described below is no longer necessary because the BG2 Fixpack v10 has been updated to include a corrected version of the German translation file that was causing this issue. Please use the updated Fixpack v10.
--------------------
Original post:

The problem is with the Baldur's Gate Fixpack version 10, the first mod on your list. It uses a language file called "setup.tra" that contains the description for the Find Familiar spell which causes the crash. To fix this, see my posting here and download the new setup.tra file I attached there. Then locate the old setup.tra file in your Baldur's Gate folder at <your BG folder>\bg2fixpack\languages\german. Replace the setup.tra file there with the one you just downloaded. Now reinstall the Fixpack by using setup-bg2fixpack.exe located in your BG folder.

And concerning the spell order: The spells are ordered differently in all language versions because the spells are listed alphabetically according to their names in the respective language.

Well I should be, since I'm the one responsible for introducing that game-crashing spell description in the first place. :D
