Mirror Image Bug

Ok so I have a problems and I am trying to figure out what mod is causing it.

I am soloing a sorcerer. When I cast mirror image, when a vampiric wolf hits one of my mirrors I still get paralyzed.

I'm pretty sure it's not spell revisions, it has a mirror image bug patch, which does not solve the problem.

It's not a bug, any on-hit effect will bypass Mirror images/stoneskins.
