Hey guys. I'm interested in creating an NPC mod for NWN and I've found an awesome portrait of Lobo that would fit the character perfectly with only a slight few alterations. Thank-you in advance!

I am looking to edit/photoshop an existing portrait.

Portrait edit. Specifically, I would like the following edits to be made to the portrait: remove the cigarette. Give the character a gruffy and tangled foliage of black beard (his name is Blackwolf and let that serve as cosmetic inspiration). Remove the black eyepaint around his right eye. Perhaps give the image a more interesting background too. Black colours are a must.
