I installed Baldur's Gate using the Dungeons and Dragons Anthology Master Collection and even though bgt recognizes the file location it doesn't think it is correct for some reason. I checked the FAQ and checked the data files and I had a few extra like 200a, but it won't work either when I have them in the data or when I take them out. Thanks in advance for any help.

When you make the BGT install with the above compilation, the BG1 install folder needs to be a full BG1 + a full BG:TotSC install, the BG2 folder needs to be same full BG2:SoA install + a full BG2:ToB install. The two need to be in separate folders, in the same drive letter.
There's also the patch check that's a menace... the anthology has renamed the readme files differently than the games, and the patch might not get recognized. Aka, there needs to be a file called "Readme_patch.txt" in the BG1 folder even if it's just an empty file.

If that won't help, take picture(s). I would use the windows snipping tool, upload the pictures to a site like Imageshack or Tinypic, and get the direct link from them and put them in the "http://-location" in this:
[img=http://-location]
And it would be good if you open up the baldur.ini files in both directories and copy paste that info to a post in quotes, aka these:

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

The reason why I asked the specific info from you, and not a tutorial that has all the info they use and you might not is because there's a thousand little things that are on the way, that you will have differently than in the video. From looking the video a few minutes for quickes..

1) The folder the installed the games are in, is probably somewhere in the user profiles folder, aka C:\Users\Netzi\Juegos guardados\Black Isle\ ...
I would suggest that you install the game strait to the C drives "Juegos" folder, so it ends up being just: C:\Juegos\BGII - SoA , and C:\Juegos\Baldur's Gate, for multiple reasons, one being that the dos operation(used during the BGT install) can only handle so many letters/marks.

1.1) You need to start the games before you install mods to them, and play until the game autosaves, this process will ensure that the games are installed correctly and they are configured to a standard that shows that there are no internal errors. Unlike the guide says in the 6:30-6:40.
1.2) The "saved games" is not the same folder as the "Juegos guardados" is, so the installation forders set in the 11:40 are wrong.

2) The start of the game should be from the BGMain.exe, not from the baldur.exe because of the frontend program that pops up each time you run the baldur.exe

3) The widescreen mod was obviously not optimized for the screen size used in the video...
