Crossmod romance conflict and BWS

Just installed BWS with intention of doing a full BGT run and to try some different NPC. No problem for BG1, but I've decided to try the Tyris Flare, Fade and Irma romances for BG2/TOB and the BWS apparently automatically installs the crossmod-romance-conflict part of the mod (tried summoning them as romances in TOB via statues and when i summon the next romance the previous romance is set to 3). Is there some CLUAConsole/ShadowKeeper/Manual mode to remove the killswitch from the game without reinstalling everything?
