COI mods are popular in the french community because of the atmosphere, maps and of course because they're quests mods.

They have their translator (Lothringen), and they have their walthrough by Haplo74 (in french).

Now about the news, ISNF will be available in french in a near future (translation is done).

We are on Yvette's translation for which Isaya traify the mod.
