Hey i just installed the mod and it looks great but since i got it installed my characters whole upper body sort of flickers. Just dissapears and reappears. Anyone else having those problems ?

Well, I can't say I have heard of this bug, so the more elaborate your are in your description, the better the chances are that it can be reproduced.
Which game and what kind of install ? BG2, IWD, BG1EE, BG2EE, IWDEE ... with mod x installed, or more than you can count ? you can put the weidu.log files content to spoilers if you use these tags without the code box around it:
[spoiler] -text- [/spoiler]
Also is is specific character: class race, or armor type, specific item etc etc etc.

In game settings (Bgconfig) you need to check the little box under Visual - Translucent Shadows - on. Failure to do so results in glitches.
